The eezy tariff simplifies ticket purchasing, eliminating the typical complexities associated with travel fares. With this service, you can spontaneously start your journey on buses and trains. Simply check in via the app, check out after your trip, and pay only for the air distance kilometers traveled—whether within your city, region, or across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). The fare is calculated automatically and deducted from your account.

The cost cap feature ensures a stress-free experience: under the eezy tariff, your fare in the VRR area will never exceed the price of a single ticket for adults for the same route. Furthermore, you will never pay more than 49 euros per month; after reaching this threshold, you can travel throughout NRW for free for the remainder of the month. This makes eezy an excellent option for individuals uncertain about the value of a Germany ticket.

If you prefer traditional tickets, you can access all VRR tickets and various NRW tickets in the ticket shop. The FlexTicket is also available there, offering discounted single tickets and bicycle tickets with a monthly subscription fee.

When it comes to payment options, you can conveniently settle your tickets—whether classic or under the eezy tariff—using credit card, direct debit, or PayPal.
